I need mani advice.


how to push cuticles back,


grow nails out to be at an oval point (and not be too long),


a subtle color for the nails that matches my promise ring (sliver band with small diamonds and baby blue topaz in the middle).





how long will it take me to grow my nails out if i have bitten them all my life (discusting i know!...thats why i am stopping)?


and what are some pointers on how to stop biting nails...

you have to cut your nails to be oval and then round them with a file


um it may take a month?
