u might have raynods phenomenon
not related to carpal tunnelIs having blue nails both feet and hands normal?
If it only happens when you are in a cold place, then it is normal. It happens because the veins constrict to keep the blood closer to the core of your body, directing warmth to the heart and brain. However, if you find yourself becoming cold when you shouldn't be cold, or find that you often dress more heavily than your peers, you may have a circulatory or metabolic disorder that needs treatment by your MD.
That's marking a sign of low oxygen - get to a dr.
Bluish skin and nails would indicate the blood is not carrying enough oxygen.
Most times, blue coloration in the hands and feet tend to turn blue when one is situated in a cold room or cold temperature. The reason for this is that the human body will sacrifice warmth to the distal parts (limbs) of the body in order to maintain temperature equilibrium in the abdomen and thorax region. Carpal Tunnel is a condition generally affecting movement of the wrists, ankles, and it could impact the feeling (sensations) in those distal parts of your body, but it generally should not impact the cardiovascular system. If you are turning blue when the temperature is not that cold, you may wish to see a doctor and check to see if your heart is working properly, as blue color in the limbs, is often an early sign of heart disease and other cardiovascular problems.
