Baby Oil might help, use a good amount and rub vigorously.
I swear by WD 40 for all kinds of paint removal.


Just spray a little on, wring your hands together and wash like normal.
From working on a farm for 11 years you were bound to run into days of painting. We always used a bit of diesel fuel. Nail polish remover may also work. Don't use gasoline.
Acetone (nail polish remover). That gets most stuff off but wash your hands after, then moisturise because it's very drying.
